RETURNS
Our return policy: If you for some reason are not satisfied with your purchase you have  7 days after receiving your purchase to return for exchange only .  If 7 days have gone by since receiving  your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused, unwashed, and/or defective.  It must also be in the original packaging.  Packages must be returned pre-paid and include a receipt or proof of purchase.
 
SALE ITEMS (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
EXCHANGES (if applicable):
We only replace items up to 7 days from the date the order was shipped and received and are unused, unwashed and damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at trophychick@att.net and send your item to:

SHIPPING:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
 If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
